The technology

In4Suite RE (Real Estate) architecture is built on Microsoft DNA (Distributed interNet Architecture). This architecture is more of a software application design pattern - a set of (traditionally) Microsoft technologies (as in ASP). The information is accessed from a central repository - access to data is given based on permissions of the group, user role, and location of a user. Users can perform both administrative, and non-administrative functions depending on the role they are assigned.

“ERPs are basically planning tools. In a traditional ERP solution there is no real time planning. Thus we are now moving towards ERMS (Enterprise Resource Management Solution), which is the future of ERP. Here we will have real time planning and implementation,” states Chawla.

Achieving business accuracy

The ERP from In4 velocity has helped VHDC integrate all the departments, thereby increasing the internal efficiency.

“We were always aware of the need for technology in our business. But technology was not looked at as a major requirement for our field as a whole. But now things are changing and we, are also using technology extensively in our business.
