Elbee Express will now place in the hands of its customers not only the consignment but also the business information pertaining to it, and the ability to generate from it reports customised to his needs.
“Elbee is the first company in India to place such a facility in the hands of our customers,” said Shirish Gariba, Chief Information Officer, Elbee Express. “We believe that if the shipment belongs to our customer, so does the information and we have now given him a very simple way to analyse this information, and generate reports customised to his needs.”
The deployment of this software allows users, including customers and employees to share critical information, such as operational service levels, sales and receivables outstanding data, without having to sift through reams of reports and data.
Elbee has achieved this by incorporating the MAIA 1KEY business intelligence reporting and analytics software, which provides its end-users with customised analysis and reports. The software has been developed by MAIA Intelligence.
This translates into information availability any time. It gives information from one single repository and the ability to do analysis, and also saves costs as employees can create their own reports. The increased efficiency has greatly enhanced Elbee’s customer confidence and loyalty.
"Timely information is very critical for a service organisation,” added Gariba. “It gives freedom to the stakeholders and simplifies their work, which is a significant value-add to the services we already have on offer,” said Sanjay Mehta, CEO of MAIA Intelligence.
