Newgen Software Technologies has announced the implementation of its Omni suite of solutions to enable online availability of business documents and financial statements in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines.

SEC is working to promote and strengthen the development of a globally competitive, corporate and capital market, effectively regulate and monitor operations based on best international practices, and widely disseminate reliable information for the protection of the investing public through the implementation of a project called i-Report.
