Altitude Software, a contact centre solutions vendor, and Consilium Software Inc. which develops Unified Communications solutions for enterprises and contact centres, have signed an agreement to enter into a strategic alliance in the area of customer interaction management solutions.

The new Altitude uCI 7.5 release includes a number of features including support of distributed operations - including home-based and remote agents – streamlining IT investments and optimising human resources.
