CDC Software has announced the launch of Pivotal CRM sales in the India market through its new franchise partner, CDC CRM Solutions Private Ltd.

The Pivotal CRM solution covers Customer Lifecycle Management that includes sales, marketing, service automation, partner management, and analytics with access available over the web, portal solutions, PDAs, SmartPhones, Blackberry devices and mobile phones.
