Bhaskar Digital Studios, a print service provider in Andhra Pradesh, has installed the HP Indigo Digital Press 3050 in Vijaywada with an investment of Rs 2.2 crore. With this installation, Bhaskar Digital Studios hopes to strengthen its position in the digital imaging industry by expanding into the commercial digital offset printing services and effectively adapting to the changing demands of digital imaging. The installation undertaken by Bhaskar Digital Studios is the first of its kind in the state.
With the boom in digital printing, Bhaskar Digital Studios aims to exploit the new opportunities in this business as well as new businesses that are opening up in Andhra Pradesh with the installation of HP Indigo Digital Press 3050. Capable of printing over 4,000 A4 color sheets and 16,000 B&W sheets in an hour, the HP Indigo Digital Press 3050 can also create a variety of solutions by being linked with a wide range of data including digital databases.
"This investment will enable us to offer the latest technology to our customers; HP Indigo Digital Press 3050 is the next evolution in digital printing," said Raghu Chaitanya, managing partner, Bhaskar Digital Studios.
"The HP Indigo press has rounded our services and allows us to produce virtually anything that our clients require from us. The press delivers a very high RoI and has also allowed us to enter an entirely new sector of the business. The customisation and personalisation features along with a fast turnaround time provide HP Indigo users an edge over the rest of the market," he added.
HP Indigo is ideal for commercial printers wanting to transform towards high quality digital colour printing as it helps customers streamline turnaround time and offers a wide range of publishing solutions, from short-run to on-demand printing. With this installation, HP completes 48 installations of its Indigo machines in India.
