CDC CRM Solutions, a provider of enterprise CRM and related solutions, has unveiled two modularised solutions for the home building and real estate industries.
The first, a home building module, will allow developers to deliver customised or personalised homes to their consumers in a structured manner for the first time ever in India.
The second module will empower Indian real estate companies and developers to take their customer relationship management to the next level through inclusion of best global practices by providing a 360 degree view of their customers.
"In today's softened market, real estate companies have to adopt a proactive approach to gain a larger share of a smaller market," said Vinod Ganesh Ram, chief operating officer, CDC CRM Solutions. "These new modules are industry-tailored to help industry professionals gain a competitive edge by ensuring a unified face and consistent experience across the entire customer lifecycle."
Pivotal CRM for home building and real estate is an industry-tailored customer relationship management system designed to help building and real estate firms better manage relationships throughout the customer lifecycle—from the first point of interest to the management of post-sale service and repeat sales.
Among other things, the system helps to capture online leads, allows personalised, multi-wave e-marketing campaigns, automates sales processes and increases customer satisfaction by delivering post-sales customer care with efficient tools that lower service costs.
