Compuware Corporation has announced that its Vantage IT Service Management (ITSM) solution now supports ITIL Version 3 continual service improvement for automated service measurement and quality improvement.

“ITIL v3 is a significant upgrade that will enable service management efficiencies throughout the application life cycle,” stated Tim Grieser, programme VP, Enterprise System Software, IDC. “Compuware has been a leader in applying Six Sigma methods for continual improvement within the IT service management domain, which aligns well with ITIL v3.”
