Core Software, an India-based product development company, has launched LIVEBIZNET (Live Business Network) – a business and professionals' network. "Unlike many networks that claim to be business networks and provide features to connect friends, colleagues or merely provide resume services, Livebiznet provides a platform for companies to build a business centric profile, connect to staff members, expand business contacts, improve business processes, showcase products and marketing material, and find professionals to close job requirements," says founder and CEO, Kiran Teegala.
Livebiznet will enable businesses to find suppliers recommended by their trusted contacts. The network will help businesses increase sales by allowing them to exchange opportunities via the sales accelerator. Sales accelerator is a free Livechat solution that increases online sales and reduces support costs. "You can engage your company profile visitors pro-actively while they are viewing a product/service as sales accelerator is integrated to the products section of your profile page," says co-founder and marketing director, Chandra Mohan Poori.
Livebiznet as the name suggests leverages the concept of a 'live network' by adding features that allow users to chat instantly over the network. Group all your staff members for an easier way to communicate with one another and explore their contacts. You can get insight into your 1st level contacts, their contacts i.e. 2nd level contacts and 3rd level contacts too.
Livebiznet offers professional registration too. Professionals can reconnect with friends and colleagues and get job offers to their inbox. Businesses and professionals can create blogs as well. Livebiznet targets to have 5,00,000 companies and 20,00,000 professionals by the year 2009.
