Experian has added the Real Estate Lifecycle Manager to its portfolio of business solutions.

The Real Estate Lifecycle Manager enables a business to manage the market planning, site selection, design, construction and ongoing facility management processes for its real estate portfolio. Automation and flexibility have been combined with real estate management best practices to improve the efficiency of all real estate procurement, development and management processes.

The Real Estate Lifecycle Manager is delivered through a new global licensing agreement with Lucernex to offer their ERP Platform to clients of Experian Business Strategies.
