Genpact To Provide IT Services Support

Genpact has announced that it has been selected by specialty-chemicals manufacturer, Hercules Incorporated to provide business process and IT services support as part of a multi-year, multi-country contract.
Genpact will provide services for order-to-cash (accounts receivable and some areas of customer service); procure-to-pay (accounts payable and some activities in procurement); certain activities in business analysis and general accounting; and IT applications development and support, including aSAP upgrade. Genpact will provide services from its centres in Juarez, Mexico; Cluj, Romania; and Kolkata, India.
"We are pleased that a multinational client like Hercules has chosen Genpact," said Genpact Executive Vice President Tiger Tyagarajan. "We believe our strong focus on Lean Six Sigma process improvement and efficiencies, along with our global footprint, makes Genpact well suited for Hercules."
