Manthan Systems, a provider of retail analytics and decision-making solutions, has unveiled the latest edition of its retail performance management solution – ARC 5.8. This new solution is expected to transform the way retailers use analytics for competitive advantage.
With capabilities to expand the decision-making realm beyond the enterprise, ARC 5.8 features external market and competition data integration to a retailer's own data sources. With this, merchandise planners can benchmark their product performance with that of other markets and regions, in addition to profiling their store-specific assortments better.
"We are extremely thrilled to launch ARC 5.8 for retailers across the globe. With this version, we have definitely strengthened our position in the Retail Business Intelligence space. This product is an outcome of Manthan's mission to be the 'Chief Analytics Officer' of retail and consumer goods organisations," said Atul Jalan, CEO, Manthan.
Vikas Gupta, Chief Technology Officer, Manthan, said, "Retailers can expect performance management capabilities like superior dashboarding, scorecarding and benchmarking that can transform decision-making from reporting to 'actionable analytics'. With seamless mobile integration, ARC delivers analytics 'on-the-go' to store and operations executives. With a mission to drive pervasive adoption of business intelligence across the retail industry, ARC 5.8 simplifies the powerful underlying technology to give users a rich and easy-to-use analytic front-end."
With a large set of role-based analytics applications built-in, ARC 5.8 enables decision-making for every role in the organisation. Applications like assortment planning, customer analytics, market basket analytics, category lifecycle analysis, store productivity and benchmarking, loss prevention, planning and budgeting extend the capabilities of retail decision-makers in merchandising, marketing or store operations to take not just a decision, but an 'optimal decision'.
