Wire and Wireless India (WWIL), the cable outfit of Zee Network has chosen MagnaQuest Technologies’ MQSubscribe customer management and billing solution for its Triple play services.
WWIL, which is one of India’s largest Multi System Operators (MSO) chose to deploy MQSubscribe for its comprehensive customer management, rating and billing capabilities. The solution is expected to allow WWIL to efficiently manage its entire customer base on a real-time basis.
Once deployed, MQSubscribe will be the single customer management & billing (CM&B) platform supporting WWIL’s plans of expanding coverage to 66 cities and 10.7 million subscribers.
"With this new solution, we expect to achieve faster time-to-market, flexibility in service bundling, targeted marketing campaigns and also take advantage of the digital environment," stated C L Anand, chief operating officer, WWIL.
WWIL is amongst the few companies in India to provide triple play services, which enable subscribers to get access to television, Internet and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) services.
Commenting on the customer win, Vijay Debbad, CEO, MagnaQuest said, "Our experience of working with all the major MSO’s in the Indian television industry made us a natural choice for WWIL, the largest MSO in India. With our global experience and proven domain knowledge, we are fully committed to supporting the business plans of WWIL in offering the full range of triple play services to its large subscriber base".
