The company is targeting BFSI, retail, telecom and IT/ITES sectors to push its enterprise document solution. Informs Venkatraman, "The enterprise document market in India is around 4% of the exchequer. The market is growing at 35% per year but we are growing at a much higher rate. An enterprise is spending between Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 per person on printing in a year." He further added that the top-level management starting from the CIO to the CFO should recognise the importance of enterprise document solution and should handle the challenges poised by their employees while eliminating non-value adds.
The telecom and BFSI sectors are the biggest generators of document in India. While generating a bill , the telecom service provider has to undergo 70-80 document life cycle management processes. It is very essential for these sectors to have a concrete document strategy to control their documentation costs.
