Chain Sys (I) Pvt Ltd. (Chain Sys), a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, has announced plans that it will offer a complete solution for small to medium-sized companies in the manufacturing industry based on Oracle. The solution integrates Chain Sys’ fully integrated web-based end-to-end ERP solution, eChain, with Oracle’s database and middleware software to help manufacturers become customer-centric and enable demand-driven supply chains.
"The eChain - Oracle solution provides the backbone for effective monitoring and control of our complex project implementation," said Ganesh N Rajan, Head, Process Engineering Group, Data Patterns India Pvt Ltd. "Additionally, the stability of the Oracle solution assures us of continuous support for our customers."
"We decided to go with Oracle because we needed to offer SMBs a proven, reliable, stable and affordable database and middleware platform to extend the value of our market-leading SCM and ERP solution," said Reginald Newton, Vice President, Business Development, Chain Sys Pvt Ltd. "By integrating our eChain SCM/ERP solution on top of Oracle technology, we have unleashed new possibilities in our target market and increased value to existing customers," he added.
Chain Sys and Oracle will undertake sales, marketing and training programmes for each other’s products.
"Our customers expect us to deliver business value by providing easy to use software at attractive price points. Working with Chain Sys has enabled us to do exactly that - offer innovative, industry-rich solutions that address critical business pain points," Oracle India’s Regional Director for Technology Commercial Sales Anup Varma said.
