Vitage Technologies To Manage TTK's IT Operations

Vitage Technologies, a BSM (business service management) company, has signed an agreement with TTK Healthcare Services to handle TTk's IT operations as the managed services partner. Vitage will be managing TTK's data centre, applications, network and the service desk on a 24x7 basis.
Vitage will also provide direct support in critical locations like Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and 15 more locations across the country.
S Krishnamurthy, chief executive officer, TTK Healthcare Services, said, " This deal with Vitage will enable our team to focus on the strategic areas of investment in technology, while bringing efficiency in the IT operations. We find that Vitage has the necessary tools and expertise to manage our IT infrastructure efficiently."
