Wipro Infotech has bagged a contract from FamilyCredit to manage the company’s IT Infrastructure and applications across India. FamilyCredit, a part of Societe Generale, has aggressive plans to set up branch offices across India.
The contract involves end-user support for all the branches in the country and Datacentre Operations Management across multiple technologies including Oracle, Cisco, Checkpoint and Microsoft. Services will be delivered using a hybrid delivery model combining onsite and remote services through Wipro’s GSMC centre in Mysore.
