Compuware has launched Vantage 10, a service-management solution that enables IT organisations to manage application service from a business perspective. It integrates end-user experience monitoring with Java and .NET application analytics, and business impact metrics.

These new capabilities enable business-driven problem prioritisation and resolution, as well as systematic improvement of service delivery, claims Compuware. Compuware Vantage 10 also provides the means for IT organisations to employ business-relevant metrics to measure and manage VoIP service.
