Oracle has filed its first amended complaint in federal District Court in San Francisco in its lawsuit against SAP. Oracle added federal Copyright Infringement claims and Breach of Contract claims to the original lawsuit.

Oracle alleges that SAP engaged in a an illegal scheme to copy, use and distribute Oracle's copyrighted software products and related materials, violating federal and state law.

Oracle wants the court to stop SAP's illegal activity, prevent future violations and recover damages related to the violations.

Oracle, in March 2007, filed a lawsuit against SAP, alleging the software company hacked into it’s customer support Website, downloading thousands of software products and other proprietary support materials for its own use.
