Infogain Corporation has announced the completion of its acquisition of Spider Systems, Pune, India.

"Spider System's area of focus has been to provide comprehensive consulting services in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle DBA services. Its frameworks and other Oracle Apps-related IP will enhance Infogain's repertoire of unique value-adds. " added Nanda.

The Spider business will function as an Infogain company and will ultimately be fully integrated into Infogain's operations, with the former Spider headquarters functioning as an ERP centre of excellence.
