Well read a lot about padamshree motorola stint, interesting to see how she will lead cisco in this era of web2.0. May be she would like to pursue her dream of "SEAMLESS MOBILITY for customer" in CISCO also. This could be quite helpful since Internet technologies are removing down all the barriers, everything getting interwinded from personal life to virtual life.
Cisco's india focus and moving down top management to India could be one bit proposition to hire padamshree since she facilitated lot of cost savings for motorola by shifting work to India.

In the end, feel proud for an indian and best wishes for her career ahead.
