Nortel has appointed Sanjay Singh as director, small and medium business (SMB), India. Prior to this, Sanjay was head of teleconferencing and SME business Units with Avaya Global Connect Limited (AGCL).

"Nortel is gearing up to become a dominant player in the SMB segment. To grow our SMB business, we are also bringing state-of-the-art products from the LG Nortel stable. We have also streamlined our training processes and established a robust ecosystem for our SMB solutions that will help channel partners deliver the value of Nortel’s voice and data solutions across India at an affordable cost. Our solutions will cater to businesses even as small as three to five staff," said Ravi Chauhan, managing director, Nortel India.

Commenting on Sanjay's appointment, Dhananjay Ganjoo, vice president, enterprise, Nortel India, said, "Sanjay is a high-energy, result-oriented leader with a proven track record of growing business.
