Vitage Technologies, a focused IT Infrastructure and Application management company has partnered with US-based eDMZ Securitie to bring its two security solutions to India. The solutions include Password Auto Repository (PAR) and eGuardPost.

As mentioned in the official press release, PAR addresses the key requirements of: Password Storage, Password Release and Password Update and Auditing of administrative passwords. A commercial embedded firewall (CyberGuard SG630) protects the network interface. No interactive access is allowed. The hard disk is encrypted using AES256 disk encryption to protect against physical attack. The passwords themselves are also AES256 encrypted prior to being stored on the PAR.

eGuardPost provides Secure Access and Session Recording. It ensures complete compliance to the audit requirements; regulatory compliance through granular access control; it protects infrastructure from rogue users; compromised devices, and applications; captures keystroke logging to provide a complete recording of internal support activities; delivers clear, centralised reporting through collection and aggregation of access and management logs; offers session recording for event reconstruction purposes.
