Electronic payment products and solutions vendor Hypercom has just completed the acquisition of technology and other assets of TPI Software.

TPI is a provider of PC and enterprise server-based credit/debit/gift card, EBT, ACH and electronic check processing software. Hypercom believes that the TPI acquisition will expand its offerings and capabilities in the point-of-sale (POS) marketplace and enable it to provide a platform for future growth in software-based services.

Now, as a result of the closure of transaction, TPI’s SmartPayments family of products will be available from Hypercom and its distributors and business partners worldwide
