Micronet has introduced SP925 Wireless Projector Server that can connect to any projector via a standard VGA interface.

SP925 claims to provides many functions such as built-in installation software, embedded Wi-Fi for wireless connection, robust security for accessing projector, and a friendly web-based user interface.

According to the release, the new Micronet SP925 provides wireless presentation and access point function in one machine with remote conferencing through sharing projector and also provides conference control function allowing host moderated meetings. SP925 has the standard interface of IEEE802.3u, IEEE802.11b and 802.11g. It offers wireless access to the projector by using RF technology to transmit and receive data thorough the air using the 2.4 GHz frequency band and the transmission rate can be up to 54 Mbps.

Some of the other features includes Token Installation as the user needs to just plug in the token into any PC, it will automatically configure and link to SP925 wireless projector server. The device can switch notebook from one presenter's PC to another providing a solution for networking conference meeting and campus environment.
