Sybase has announced the inauguration of Global Sybase Professional Services (SPS) Centre at Pune.
SPS will provide services to its customers from out-tasking to outsourcing. It will offer a portfolio of onsite and offshore managed IT services to help its customers optimise global talent availability and to curtail their overall costs.
"With the commitment to the Indian market, both as a market and as a resource base, Sybase is significantly spreading its wings in the western region. Through SPS, Sybase reiterates its presence in the Indian subcontinent by building business value to its customers,” said Tony Morrison, VP, Sybase Professional Services, Sybase.
Talking about Sybase India's expansion plans, Nagendra Devariya Arkalgud, director, SPS, said, "SPS plans to increase its staff in Pune to 100 by Quarter 3 next year. It also plans to provide services like monitoring, maintaining, tuning and managing production environments of a number of our customers worldwide through Remote Enterprise Management Outsourcing (REMO) and Application Development & Maintenance Outsourcing (ADMO)".
