Darts IT Networks has become the first Cisco SMB Specialized Partner in India. In addition, Darts IT Networks has also achieved the distinction of being the only Cisco Partner worldwide, to attain six specific Cisco specialisations.
Amongst the Cisco specialisations, Darts is the first Indian partner to get Advanced Security Specialization and CRM Express Solution Specialization. The remaining specialisations are Advanced Unified Communications Specialization, Advanced Wireless LAN specialization and Express Foundation Specialization.
Darts has met the resource requirements for the above-mentioned six specialisations and demonstrated that they are qualified to support customers with the entire range of Cisco solutions in India. Darts will be recognised for these specialisations in the Cisco Partner Locator.
Avinash Purwar, vice president, channels, India and SAARC, Cisco, said, "We launched the SMB Specialization programme in June 2007 to differentiate, recognise and reward Cisco’s channel partners that have focussed business practices selling to the SMB market. We are happy to announce that Darts has not only become the first Cisco SMB Specialized Partner in India but also raised the bar with five other specialisations. In November itself, Darts also became the only Cisco partner in India who was rated 'excellent' quarter on quarter, by the Cisco customers in its Customer Satisfaction Excellence Program. We are proud at Cisco India that our partner, Darts is the most specialised Cisco Premier Partner in the world today."
