Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has launched a strategic business unit to provide customised business solutions to small and medium business (SMB) units to scale up their operations.
The solution will be a subscription-driven model that will offer need-based solutions to SMBs.
The model will also allow SMBs to take advantage of TCS' existing intellectual property infrastructure. It will provide SMBs with blueprints for business process improvement and deliver integrated end-to-end managed solutions in IT and telecom.
"We view this as a means of making India Inc more competitive and TCS being an integral part of sustainable and profitable growth of SMBs," said TCS' CEO and managing director S. Ramadorai.
