Western Digital Unveils My Book Storage Appliances

Western Digital has introduced My Book external storage solutions: My Book Home Edition, My Book Office Edition, My Book Essential Edition and My Book Studio Edition.
According to the release, home users will appreciate the automatic backup of their precious memories on the My Book Home Edition. Office users will rely on the remote access and sharing capabilities of the My Book Office Edition. My Book Essential Edition meets the needs of users who seek simple, instant storage, while the My Book Studio Edition is designed for creative users and formatted for Mac computers.
Commenting on the new My Book external storage solutions, Sharad Srivastava, director sales (India & South Asia), Western Digital said "With the new My Book family, we aim to deliver new meaningful features such as continuous backup and remote access while enhancing the qualities of elegance and simplicity that made this family of products so popular."
My Book Office Edition claims to protect business assets with the ability to back up important data to multiple destinations and synchronise working files to keep them current and secure. Users can set it and forget it; every time a file is changed on the My Book Office Edition, it is automatically backed up.
My Book Essential Edition offers a way to add more storage capacity to home or office computers. The drives are equipped with a USB 2.0 interface that offers compatibility among multiple computers.
My Book Studio Edition external hard drives are equipped with automatic and continuous backup software that works in the background and allows users to back up important projects to multiple destinations including file serves, portable drives and My Book storage appliances.

What is the possibility to protect my User account as I do not want the other staff to have access to my Files & Folders. I am not able to find the option of password.
