Netmagic has inaugurated its largest data centre till date at Vikhroli, Mumbai. This new 40,000 square feet data centre is a new landmark in Netmagic's growth plans. The data centre offers best-in-class infrastructure, ample power, uptime, carrier neutrality and power-efficient design. This is Netmagic’s fourth data centre in India.
In response to the growing demand for Managed Hosting services and Data Centre services, Netmagic has been expanding aggressively in the country post the recent funding of Rs 80 cr that it raised from Fidelity International Limited and Nexus India Capital.
Netmagic Solutions currently specialises in Internet Data Centres, Managed Hosting, Remote Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, and Mail and Messaging services.
As per a recent study by IDC India, the third-party data centre market is growing at almost double the rate of the captive market. More and more companies will opt for third-party data centres, as
managing and operating DCs will become increasingly complex.
Sharad Sanghi, CEO and founder, Netmagic Solutions said, "We have always been a company that is proactively aligned to market needs and customers. In response to the high demand for global standard data centres, we are delighted to inaugurate this data centre today. This large facility will fulfill the crying need of enterprises and SMB organisations in India for data centre space, power, connectivity and infrastructure".
The new Data Centre reinforces Netmagic's commitment to the Indian market and the state-of-the-art NOC facility will ensure year-round monitoring and management support to its clients 24/7.
