The CES 2007 is here and the spanking new gadgets have been unveiled to ensure that we geeks spend more nights without dinner just to save up dough for that new shiny gadget. But personal gripes aside, the Casio has just introduced their 7.2 megapixel EX-V7 ultra-slim digicam that claims to pack more than slim cams can usually chew.
First off, its got that 7X (38mm - 266mm) optical zoom without a protruding lens, so your camera doesn't look too happy just because your zooming in. Of course any high zoom function is useless without good optical image stabilization, so that's another feature stuffed into its tiny body.
It also has a feature that lightens up the darker parts of the photo, which I personally may not appreciate, but will help a lot of point and shoot snaps look a lot happier.
No information on the price and availability so lets twiddle our thumbs a bit longer.
