BenQ, a leading manufacturer of computer peripherals has announced the launch of new DVD Re-Writers the DW 1800 and DW 1680.
The DW1800 and DW1680 offer 18x and 16x writing speed respectively and both feature BenQ's exclusive SolidBurn technology and convenient QSuite application package. The DW1800 Re-writer offers a DVD RAM writing speed of up to 12x, and supports both DVD+R and DVD-R Double Layer recording at 8x.

We find the service from the dealer very poor - 2 CD writers and 1 dvd writer has been send for malfunction for over a week and we are not getting any reply.
