MGS 4 Not a PS3 Exclusive Anymore?

Don't jump of a cliff just or slash your wrists yet, it's still a rumor, but it seems Metal Gear Solid may no longer be a franchise exclusive to the PlayStation as Konami may be bringing MGS 4 to the Xbox 360 as they feel there may not be that many PS3 units to make the game profitable.

Gaming website noooz.com, who by the way are the people behind this piece of news (or rumor) state that their information is pretty accurate as they "rarely run news unless they’re 100% confident".

Is this a trend started by Assassins Creed? All will be revealed in time; expect an official announcement this week.

i think that they should. the only reson i have a ps2 is to play mgs 2,3
and i still play mgs 1 on my ps1. but i have an xbox 360 and i would love for it to come out on it. that way i do not have to fork out $600.00 for a ps3. just to play one game

This rumour has been floating for a a LONG time... But hideo himself said that he is not interested in developing MULTIPLATFORM games, if he ever wanted to go to 360 he would make a completely new game and not a port.

He also said that otocam does MANY things and it uses the Cells power in some sort of way(that is , specific to its infrastructure) so it will next to impossible to port it to 360...

But I DONT think at all that will happen... as Sony will pay them a Lot of $$$ to keep it exclusicve:P

sony ignored Assassins creed and it was bought off my MS(even stated in a news) so I dont think they will do the same mistake again.

Ehhhh....mgs4 looks pretty cool, but i think they should keep ps3 loyal.
