Activision to Lease Unreal 3 Engine
By: Avinash Bali   |   Feb 26, 2007
Developer/Publisher Activision (Call of Duty 3, Marvel Ultimate Alliance) has joined the long list of developers/publishers who've leased Epic's most excellent Unreal 3 engine for a yet to be name project.

"The Unreal Engine is one of the most technically advanced engines on the market and is a perfect fit for our upcoming action game," said Activision production head Laird Malamed. "The engine's robust suite of programming tools will enable our development team to deliver what is sure to be an amazing game experience."

Could this be a sequel to Wolfenstein or could we be lucky enough to actually get Soldier of Fortune III on the Unreal 3 engine? Can't say as of now, but we'll keep you updated as and when we hear anything.
