Al-Qaeda using Video Games to recruit
By: Avinash Bali   |   May 05, 2006
According to Reuters, extremist group Al-Qaeda uses video games to recruit young Muslim soldiers. What these braniacs have done is that they've modded Battlefield 2 in such a way that you see an Arab man fighting off American troops with an automatic weapon, while a narrator goes on to say "I was just a boy when the infidels came to my village in Blackhawk helicopters." Yeah, real moving stuff guys.

Now thanks to their innovative antics, politicians (and nearly every video game hater) have another reason to blame video games.
