On Blizzard’s
Job opportunities website, the following job postings were made - Lead 3D Character Artist - Next-Gen MMO, Lead 3D Environment Artist - Next-Gen MMO – which indicated that they might be working on a Next-Gen MMO. To confirm this, Blizzard’s Community Representative announced that the project is indeed an unannounced Next-Gen MMO, and not some weird expansion for World of Warcraft.
Blizzard wasn’t ready to reveal any specifics about the game regarding its platform, gameplay or anything else for that matter. Right now, all we’ve got is each other to speculate and fantasize about all the possibilities. World of Diablo, anyone?
