BenQ Sues BenQ

BenQ has been doing the rounds in the news off late, since this July, thanks to the increasing number of lawsuits being filed by BenQ Mobiles on its parent company, BenQ Corporation. (pssst, rife begins at home!?) For the uninitiated, do understand that internationally the scenario is quite different than here in India, as far as BenQ is concerned.

BenQ at present is beleaguered with controversies. While the German subsidiary BenQ Mobiles is hell bent on extracting millions of dollars from its Taiwanese parent, BenQ Corporation (read: parent company) has rejected all the demands.
