MSI has unveiled its latest product, the MSI N9600GT Series graphics card with 1GB DDR3 memory. This new card comes with support for advanced technology such as PCI-Express 2.0 interface, 65nm chip manufacturing and also double the quantity of stream processors from 32 to 64 units, memory bandwidth from 128 to 256-bit. This leap lets the GPU create more horsepower and also utilizes higher bandwidth of on-board memory lanes and the newer data path of PCI-Express 2.0.
The company has also enhanced this card's cooling with a new cooling design. This design involves the incorporation of a special "Seaweed-blade Fan" and "BatMobile thermal shielding". The Seaweed-blade Fan applies hydromechanics that makes the most powerful air-flow and highest air-pressure real at the same time. Comparing to fan-cooling with normal blade, MSI Seaweed-blade Fan gives you less noise and lower temperature at once. The BatMobile thermal shielding is another enhancement of traditional 2-Slot fan design, which extends the hood close to the bracket, to decrease turbulence cause by the unnecessary blank zone. The native streamline shape also makes the air friction as low as possible, providing less noise production.
The N9600GT-T2D512-OC (W/o game) will retail Rs. 12500 while the N9600GT-T2D1G-OC (W/game) will be available at Rs. 18000.
