IBM Joins Efforts To Fight Pandemics

IBM has joined hands with leading health organizations around the world to find potential pandemics by contributing in their own unique way.

This report mentions that IBM has started data modeling programs that are capable of collecting and analyzing information based on data shared by partners of the progam. Then by extrapolating on such things as symptoms, outbreak and trends it will try to determine the outbreak of a pandemic in a region and help contain it by pointing out emergence trends.
