The Prada deal was only for the KE850, because the new LG-SH110 phone is one ugly slider.
Boasting 3G and HSDPA, the phone also has 'Music Sharing', an MP3 player, Bluetooth, etc. — all the usual suspects. Actual details are a little scarce, like what the screen size and the camera megapixels are, but we'll peg them at QVGA and 2 megapixels respectively. Why, even microSD support would do them good.
