Motorola Launches Motostore in Mumbai

Motorola Inc. has launched its first Indian retail and service store, Motostore, in Mumbai, its third exclusive store, worldwide.

Motostore will offer access to interactive experience and exclusive content, as well as personalization services, on the Motorola handsets. Representatives say that their target consumers are the youth. Keeping this in mind, the Motostore has a key focus on the 'fun factor', as it offers its users an opportunity to personalize their phones using laser etching, customized 'phone tattoos' and Bluetooth photo imaging, along with in-store training programs and on-site factory authorized. Also, the team of in-store 'Motoxperts' will assist customers understand the latest technology.

Sudhir Agarwal, Director Sales, India, Nepal & Sri Lanka, Mobile Devices, Motorola India said, "Motostores are designed to help Indian consumers get more out of their Motorola products. Through a personalized service and an innovative and engaging retail environment, we are offering a truly seamless consumer experience across the entire Motorola product portfolio.The Motorola Concept Stores are scalable and flexible to ensure consistency in the different types of our signature stores worldwide. So whether you visit a store in India or Europe, you will see a familiar approach but with an added local flavor."

Motorola has opened Motostore formats in key locations around the world including Europe, Asia Pacific, North and Latin America. Llyod Mathais, Director, Marketing, Mobile devices, Motorola said, "We will be adding more Motostores in Mumbai as well as other cities in India, in the near future. We assure you that availability of the new phones at the Motostore will be on par with international releases of Motorola phones. In fact, some phones may be release in India even before other markets."

The Motostore is located at Dreamland Building, 27, New Queens Road, Opera House, Mumbai.

pls help,my phone stopped working from yesterday.i am very new ain mumbai and i dont have any knowledgeof this place.i am, a chef and working for the oberoi mumbai at nariman point.it will be really good if you can help me out.
