Along with the Ultra Messaging i600, Samsung has also unveiled two more Ultra options, namely the Ultra Music and the Ultra video, at ITU Telecom World 2006.
The Ultra Video is 10.7mm and has a higher resolution, 2.4-inch QVGA (240x320) display. It comes with built-in DivX, WMV, MPEG4 and H.263 video playback support along with DRM (WMDRM/MTP, DivX DRM, OMA DRM). Music playback is also available with support for MP3, AAC and WMA files. It also comes with the Dual Face and Sweeping Touch UI, a 2.0-megapixel digital camera, Bluetooth stereo A2DP support, USB 2.0, 400MB of internal memory with microSD/TransFlash card support up to 2GB. The GSM/GPRS/EDGE phone also does 3G/WCDMA/UMTS.
The Ultra Music SGH-F300 is a 9.4mm thin phone that comes with a digital power amp and supports MP3, AAC, WMA as well as WMDRM/MTP music download support, and MPEG4, H.263 video playback, though its not going to be a very pleasurable experience on its 2.1-inch, 176x220 resolution display. It is a dual-sided phone, called Dual Face, with a large screen and touch-sensitive key on one side, called Sweeping Touch Ui, and a fully functional phone on the other side. It has an easier to navigate interface along with stereo FM radio and a Quick PC Sync feature to sync your music on your phone and PC. Other features of the GSM/GPRS/EDGE capable phone include a 2.0-megapixel digital camera, Bluetooth with stereo A2DP support, fast USB 2.0 and 100 MB of phone memory with a microSD/TransFlash expansion slot going up to 2 GB.
