Elitegroup Computer Systems or ECS, a leading motherboard and graphics manufacturer has announced the release of its versions of the GeForce 8800 GTX and 8800 GTS, based on Nvidia G80 GPUs, which were released last week.
The new flagship model is the N8800GTX-768MX, which ships with 768 MB of GDDR3 memory. It runs on a 384-bit memory bus with an operating core of 575 MHz and memory clock speeds at 1.8 GHz. The mainstream card is the N8800GTS-640MX, which comes with 640 MB GDDR3 memory and a 320-bit memory interface. The card runs on a 320-bit memory interface with a 500 MHz core and 1.6 GHz memory clock.
