While the game’s official expansion, Battle Out of Hell was pretty meh, Painkiller is all set to get yet another sequel of sorts in the form of Painkiller Overdose.
Painkiller Overdose started off as a fan-made mod, but it soon caught the interest of publisher Dreamcatcher, who decided to support it financially. This single and multiplayer demo lets you play as the new lead character, Belial, as he blasts through hordes of twisted oddities in true Painkiller style.
