Here's a list of the top ten PC games for May 2006 according to the NPD Group:

  1. Guild Wars Factions (NCsoft)

  2. The Sims 2 Family Fun Stuff (Electronic Arts)

  3. Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion (2K Games)

  4. World of Warcraft (Blizzard)

  5. The Sims 2 Open for Business (Electronic Arts)

  6. The Sims 2 (Electronic Arts)

  7. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 3: Advanced Warfighter (Ubisoft)

  8. Age of Empires III (Microsoft)

  9. Battlefield 2 (Electronic Arts)

  10. Star Wars: Empire at War (LucasArts)


As you can see, there are some good games on the charts, and then you have the Sims. Makes me wonder how many girl gamers there are in America...
