Beautiful Katamari for the PS3 Cancelled
By: Nikhil Singh   |   Jul 08,2007
Namco Bandai’s third-person action-puzzle game that was scheduled to release on the Xbox 360, Wii and PS3, will only show up on the Wii and Xbox 360 for now. Although the Katamari series started off with the PlayStation 2 and it’s only logical that it’d show up on the PS3, Namco’s supposedly facing programming problems with the PS3 and which is the cause for this cancellation.

The Xbox 360 and Wii version will be developed however and there are rumors that the game (or a part of it) might show up as a download on the PlayStation Network. It’s really unfortunate that Sony’s lost this game, since its predecessors used to be PlayStation exclusives; losing this game might not be a big blow, but it certainly adds insult to injury.
