According to an announcement made by Sony yesterday, Hideo Kojima’s upcoming masterpiece – Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots will remain a PS3 exclusive. This is really sad news for all Xbox 360 owners who’ve had their hopes up expecting an Xbox 360 release of the game.

With Metal Gear Solid 4, Hideo Kojima promises to tie up loose ends and solve most of the questions you’ve had about the characters in the series. The game is scheduled for a early 2008 release, so you MGS fans better collect some dough to get yourself a PS3 by then.
