Relatively light at 2.2 kgs and measuring just 41mm in height, the EPSON Perfection V10 is the slimmest matrix CCD scanner in Epson's full range of home and professional scanners. Sporting a stylish silver casing, the diminutive scanner features optical resolution of 3200dpi and 48-bit colour depth. Documents, photographs and 3D objects can be scanned and reproduced with amazing clarity and realism.
Using the latest Colour Restoration technology, one of the enhancement features in the bundled Epson Easy Photo Fix software, faded photographs can be seamlessly restored at the click of a mouse.
While the default scanning mode delivers outstanding results, advanced users also have the option of adjusting the appearance of documents and photographs easily.
Also incorporated in the software is Epson's all-new backlight correction function. This smart new addition analyses the image histogram to identify any backlight conditions in the photograph and corrects the brightness, sharpness, colour saturation and colour balance of the image. The Digital Dust Correction feature that automatically detects and removes dust specks from scanned photographs, has also been improved.
The most commonly accessed functions are easily accessible on the front panel of the scanner to allow instant access to start, copy, scan to PDF and scan to email functions.
