The problem is that the phone has been peeking its head out in so many places the specs seem to be quite vague as various sources seem to have differing information regarding the same. The specs we’ve sourceed are directly from Palm so they should be accurate. So here’s what we know, the Centro has a 1.3 megapixel camera and will run on the traditional Palm OS. The Palm site states that the Centro has 65MB of internal memory and is expandable with microSD cards up to 4GB. It’s equipped with Bluetooth v1.2 and anything else that you’d expect from a Palm device.
The pricing is not very clear since it’s being offered with Sprint in the US at the moment. However, it is available for 99 USD with a two-year contract. What the actual price of the phone will be when and if it hits our shelves is not accurate, but considering it’s an entry-level smartphone it’s estimated to be anywhere around Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000.
