Asus has released the new M930 smart phone with a full QWERTY keyboard and an ultra-wide screen.
The M930 features elegant screens with mirror reflective surfaces and sleek metal keys and lines. One key design feature is the ergonomic free-stop flipping hinge – allowing effortless adjustments to any angle and position that users prefer. With a compact body and slim side profile, the M930 showcases a multimedia center while open, and a cell phone when closed. It has an extended WQVGA landscape display that makes day-to-day content browsing, reading and writing documents and viewing messages easier on the eye. With the ultra-wide screen and the embedded webcam, users can enjoy superior Video Telephony experiences with a wider, clearer and more detailed view.
The smartphone offers two fast and intuitive input options - the numeric keypad when closed and the full QWERTY keyboard when open. With support for GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, HSDPA, Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi and USB 2.0, users will be fully connected. Faster downloads of big files like videos and MP3s are ensured with 3.5G high speed data transfers. In areas without Wi-Fi coverage, users can convert the M930 into a 3.5G modem with its one-step Quick Modem Setting and easily connect to the Internet; while the plug and play auto network configuration allows users to plug in a SIM card and have complete Internet setting done automatically.
The M930 is integrated with the Windows Mobile 6 Standard operating system. With ActiveSync, easy transfers of data from the smart phone to a server can be established, while access to MSN and the new personal Windows Live Spaces can keep users in touch.
The Asus M930 Smart Phone is available nationwide through India Digital Lifestyle Distributors Pvt. Ltd. (IDLDPL) at an approximate end user price of Rs. 27,900.
